ND Property Management Limited was founded in 2013 and is owned by three local residents, all of whom have significant experience in Jersey’s residential property market.

The Company was formed with the intention of being a dedicated specialist in residential block management and, in the time since its inception, has grown to be one of the Island’s leading firms in this arena.

Our ultimate aim is to provide our clients with peace of mind, derived from the knowledge that their property and their funds are in safe hands. This aim is achieved through a highly personalised and bespoke service delivered by a team of dedicated and motivated individuals.

This approach has enabled us to develop a significant portfolio of clients, including a number of prestigious developments, all with a diverse range of requirements.
